Tikki Burger
- Potato Tikkies : 4 nos
- Cottage cheese : 250 gms
- Tomato slices (Thick) : 4 nos
- Black salt to taste : ½ tsp
- Black pepper powder : ½ tsp
- Red chilli powder : ½ tsp
- Lemon juice : 1 tbsp
- Tooth picks : 2 nos
Method :
Cut paneer in two large and thick pieces asper Mix salt, Black pepper, red chili powder and lemon juice. Dip paneer pieces in it. Shake and turn well till masala sticks to the paneer pieces. Fasten frist a potato tikki,thena tomato slice,then a paneer piece,then again a tomato slice and lastly another piece of tikki with a tooth pick.Serve with sauce.
