Strawberry Pudding – Mouthwatering Dish.!
- Marie biscuits : 12 nos
- Strawberry jelly : 1 packet
- Fresh cream : 400 gm
- Cherry : 1 tin
- Sugar : 2 cup
- Milk : 3 cup
- Custard powder : 3 tbsp
- Vanilla essence : 1 tsp
Method :
Dissolve custard powder in half a cup milk. Add 3 tbsp sugar to the remaining milk and boil it. After it boils, reduce the flame and add custard powder and stir continuously until it thickens. After that remove it from the flame and add essence to it and after it cools down, refrigerate it. Prepare the jelly as per the instructions and refrigerate it to set. Grind rest of the sugar and add it to cream. In a bowl, remove all the seeds of strawberry and keep its juice aside. Place half of the custard in a bowl and spread the other half over it. Dip each biscuit in the cherry juice taken from tin and place it on jelly. Spread cherry on biscuits. Spread remaining jelly on it and the remaining custard. Garnish it with cherries and serve chilled.
