South Indian Chutney – Simple and Vegan Easy to follow healthy indian recipe
- Channa dal : 120 grams
- Ghee : 4 tsp
- Green Chillies : 10 nos
- Coconut : 1 nos (Scrapped)
- Mustard : 2 tsp
- In a pan,fry green chillies & Dal till it turns light brown
- Add the scrapped coconut to the fried dal and green chilly.
- Add salt and fried mustard with 2 tsp of ghee.
- Serve Hot.
