Satoddi Falls is a waterfall formed by several streams near Kallaramarane Ghat in Uttara Kannada District, It is situated 32 km from Yellapur. The falls is about 15 metres tall. The stream then flows into the backwaters of the Kodasalli Dam, Into the Kali River. The best time to visit the falls is in winter, from early November to the end of February. Avoid visiting during rainy season, when the hostile terrain and leeches make these falls inaccessible.
How to reach :
From Yellapur, take the highway towards Hubli, and then turn left towards Ganesh Gudi after the petrol bunk. An arch at the beginning of this road is a good landmark for reaching the road to Sathodi Falls. The roads are good. The distance between Ganesh Gudi and Sathodi Falls is at around 10 kilometers.
