Rich Chocolate Cake
Ingredients :
Chocolate pieces : 250 grms
Butter : 225 grms
Castor sugar : 90 grms
Eggs : 5 nos
Castor sugar (extra) : 1 tbsp
Cocoa powder : 1 tbsp
Vanilla essence : 2 tbsp
Chocolate pieces : 15-20 grms

Method :
Pre-heat the oven to 160 deg.c Melt butter and chocolate in a sauce pan on low heat. Stir all the time.Remove from heat and mix all together. Using a hand mixer,whip 90 grams sugar and eggs for two minutes. Mix cocoa and extra sugar with the egg mixture. whip it and add vanilla essence. Now mix the egg mixture with the chocolate pieces. Whip thoroughly for 3 one side for escape of air. Fill 1/2 part of a roasting tin with boiling water. Put the cake tin in it. Put the roasting tin in an oven and bake the cake for 45-50 minutes. Remove the roasting tin from the oven. Keep aside to rest for sometime. Remove the cake from the roasting tin. Place it on a wire rack to cool. When cool,put the cake in a serving place. Garnish sides all around the cake with thin chocolate pieces. Sprinkle cocoa powder in the centre of the cake and serve.
