Ras Malai – Cheese dumplings in cream sauce.!
- Rasgullas : 1 Can
- Milk : 4 Cups
- Sugar : 6 tblsp
- Saffron : 10 to 12 Strands
- Cardamoms (Powdered) : 2 nos
- Pistachios (Crushed) : 2 tblsp
Drain the sugar syrup from the Rasgullas and keep it aside. Boil milk, saffron strands and sugar in a heavy bottomed pan on medium heat. After boiling it for 10 minutes by stirring occasionally, remove it from stove. Squeeze Rasgullas gently to remove all the sugar syrup it has absorbed. Add Rasgullas and cardamom powder to warm milk and sugar mixture and let it chill for 2-3 hours. Garnish with pistachios and serve chill.
