Plum Jam – Capture the fresh flavour
- Plum : 250 grams
- Sugar : 250 grams
- Citric acid : 1/4 tsp
- Water : 3 cups
- Cook plums with water till it becomes soft.
- Add sugar with Citric acid till the content sets.
- Allow it to cool down little and transfer the content in a jar and seal it tightly.
