One cup Bengal Gram (Chana Dal) boiled 300 grams potatoes boiled and peeled 4 tomatoes chopped onions chopped 3-4 green chilies chopped 300 grams pieces of cottage cheese (paneer) 1/2 cup mixed dry fruits chopped 1 tablespoon salt,1 table spoon turmeric (Haldi) powder,2 Tablespoon pao Bhaji Masala,1 tablespoon green coriander,4-6 leaves mint (pudina),200 grams butter.
Heat half the butter and fry onion till golden brown.Add tomatoes and fry till oil separates. Add dal, Masala and salt.Cook for 3-4 minutes more. Add grated potatoes and stir well.Add in Paneer and mevas.Cook on low heat. When it leaves aroma,add the remaining salt.Add hara dhania and pudina and remove from heat. Serve hot with baked peas.
