Mysore Pak
- Bengal Gram : 1 cup
- Sugar : 2 cups
- Ghee : 1 cup
- Water : 1/2 cup
Method :
Mix Bengal gram with little ghee and heat sugar in water till it reaches ball consistency. Add flour by stirring continuously and when it is well blended, pour ghee into this and continue stirring. Cook till the mixture becomes frothy and ghee separates. Spread out on a greased plate and when it becomes thick, cut it into rectangular pieces.
