Mushroom Pulao – Flavorful Dish
- Rice : 2 cup
- onion : 3 nos
- Mushroom : 200 gm
- Cottage cheese : 200 gm
- Capsicum : 2 nos
- Cauliflower : 5-6 nos
- cloves : 5 nos
- cinnamon : 3
- Bay leaf : 2 nos
- Ghee : 5 tbsp
- Salt for taste
Method :
- Soak rice for half an hour,after that boil it in a container till water dries up.
- Finely chop onios, paneer cubes and cut cabbage into long pieces.
- Cut mushroom into slices.
- Heat ghee in a pan and fry paneer till it turns light brown and keep it aside.
- Fry onion in a pan till it turns pink
- Add Cinnamon,cloves,Bay leaves,cauliflower,mushroom and cottage cheese and fry for a few minutes.
- Add Capsicum,cauliflower,Salt and paneer cubes along with little water.Cook at low flame.
- When it is done remove it and serve them hot.
