Missi Roti
- Atta : 125 gms
- Besan : 75 gms
- Salt to taste
- Red chillies : 2 (dryed and crushed)
- Lal mirchi : finely chopped
- Onion chopped :1 nos
- Green coriander : (chopped) 1 bunch
- Mint leaves (chopped) : 1 tsp
- Pure ghee : 1/2 cup
- Water : 1 cup
Method :
Mix salt with flour and rub well.Knead flour adding tomato puree.If neccessary use warm water. Make ten balls from the dough.Heat oil in kadai.Roll poories and fry golden brown.Serve hot with paneer-mattar.
