Mango Sherbet Recepie
- Large alphonso mangoes : 2 medium nos
- Sabja seeds : 1-2 tsp
- Powdered jaggery or unrefined cane sugar (as required )
- Chilled water : 3-4 cups
- Lemon juice : ½ or 1 tbsp
- Ice cubes : (optional)
Soak Basil Seeds in ½ cup of water for half an hour. Peel and chop the mangoes, add mangoes and water in a blender also add sugar or jaggery as required and blend everything well. Take the whole mixture in a bowl or jar. If you want juicy sherbet you can add more water, check sweetnees and add more jaggery or sugar if needed . Strain the soaked sabza seeds and add them to sherbet. Stir and pour mango sherbet in tall glasses. Add few ice cubes while serving.
