Mango puffy
Ingredients :
- Mango pulp : 2 cups
- Single Cream : 1/4 cup
- Lemon Juice : 1 tbsp
- Sugar : 2 tbsp
- Coloured Candy : 1 tbsp
- Cherry or grapes : 2 corns
- Mangopieces : 1/2 cup
Method :
Put mango in a mixer.Add sugar and lemon juice and whisk till the pulp turns frothy. Add cream and fold gently.Put mango pieces in a serving dish and add puffed mango.Garnish and cherry cool in a refrigerator.Serve cold.
