Mango Lassi – A Chilled Beverage to Beat the Summer Heat.
- Alphonso mangoes : 2-3 nos
- Curd : 1 1/2 cups
- Mint leaves : 1 tbsp
- sugar : 4 tbsp
- Ice-cubes : 8-10
- Mint leaves : For Garnishing
- Mash all the ingredients in a food processor
- Pour the content into a shallow proof freezer container, freeze for about 6 hours.
- After that Transfer it to a blender and liquidise till its slushy.
- Garnish it with a few mint leaves and serve it hot.
