Mango Chutney – A Sweet and Tangy Taste
Mango : 500gm mango, (Peeled and chopped)
Raisins : 1 cup
Sugar : 1 cup
Vinegar : 3/4 cup
Ginger : 250 gms (finely chopped)
Garlic : (1 clove,chopped)
Salt for taste
Method :
Mix all the above ingredients well and boil it.Reduce the flame after a while and simmer it for about 45 minutes till the whole content thickens.After that remove from flame and serve it with hot dosa or idlis.
