Ginger Curd
- Ginger : 2″ pieces
- Sugar : 1/2 tsp
- Mustard : 1/2 tsp
- Coconut scrapings : 1 tbsp
- Oil : a little
- Curd : 1 cup
- Hing : 1 pinch
- Curry leaves : few
- Salt : to taste
Method
- Grate ginger and grind it to a paste.
- Beat curd and add to the ginger paste.
- Add salt.
- Garnish with mustard, hing and curry leaves.
- Mix well and serve.
