Faluda Ice cream
- Sugar : 100 gms
- Thick milk : 1 ltr
- Rose essence : 2 tbsp
- Cream : 1/2 cup
- Pistachio (pista) chopped: 1/4 cup
- Almonds (medium) : 1/4 cups (chopped)
- Saffron : a pinch
- green colour (edible) : 2 drops
- red colour (edible) : 2 drops
- Vermicili : 1 cup
Method:
Boil sewai and add red and green colours. Boil milk. Add sugar. Stir all the time. Remove it from heat when its quantity is reduced to half. Mix rose essence,cream kesar and half the pista-badam and keep aside to cool. Put it in a freezer to firm. When firm, Serve with faluda. Sprinkle pista-badam over it and serve it chilled.
