Chocolate Almond Pudding
- Sugar : 1/2 cup
- Baking cocoa : 1/3 cup
- Cornstarch : 2 tblspn
- Milk : 2 cups
- Beaten Egg : 1 Nos
- Vanilla extract : 1/4 teaspoon
- Almond extract : 1/8 teaspoon
- In a medium saucepan mix sugar, cocoa and cornstarch and stir it well.
- Gradually whisk in milk and egg.
- Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat, and cook until it thickens.
- Remove from heat, and quickly stir in the vanilla and almond extracts.
- Garnish as you desire and serve warm.
