Chickpea Salad
- Boiled chick peas : 1 cup
- Chopped raw mango : 3 tbls
- Chopped cucumber : 1/2 cup
- Boiled corn niblets : 2 tbls
- Chopped pineapple : 1/2 cup
- Cottage cheese : 1/4 cup
- Pomegranate seeds : 1/3 cup
- Chopped tomato : 1/2 cup
- Diced capsicum : 2 tbls
- Fried potato cubes : 1/4 cup (optional)
Dressing :
- Olive oil : 3 tsp
- Honey : 1.5 tsp
- Lemon juice : 2.5 tsp
- Mint leaves : 10 nos
- Pepper powder : 1/2 tsp
- Black salt : 1/2 tsp
- Grated ginger : 1/2 tsp
- Chilli flakes : 1/2 tsp
- Chat masala : 1/2 tsp
- Salt : 1/2 tsp
Method :
First Chop and crush mint leaves and take it in a bowl then add all the ingredients for dressing and mix it well. Then add all the fruits and vegetables in a big bowl. Mix the dressing and chilli for 1/2 hour. Serve hot. Better to serve as salad or snack.
