Cheese Rolls – Simple and Wholesome Snack.
- Bread : 1 nos (without slicing)
- Cheese : 100 gm
- Butter : 150 gm
- Take 100 gm Butter & 100 gm Cooking cheese in a container and blend it well.
- Cut bread length wise into slices.
- Apply the cheese mixture on each slice and roll it tightly by putting toothpick on the corners.
- Refrigerate it for atleast 15 minutes.
- Apply butter on it and bake in a pre-heated oven for about 15 minutes
- Serve them hot with ketchup.
