Cheese Omlette – A great head start to the mornings!
- Eggs : 2 nos
- Milk : 3 tblsp
- Grated Cheese : 1/2 cup
- Green Chilli : 2 nos (chopped)
- Salt to taste
- White Pepper : 1 tsp
- Mustard Powder : a pinch
- Butter : 1 tblsp
- Beat Eggs with mustard powder, green chillies, pepper powder and salt.
- Melt butter in a non stick pan and add beaten eggs and sprinkle grated cheese on it.
- Cook till egg is cooked and serve hot.
