Carrot pudding
- Sugar : 125 gms
- Milk : 200 gms (dried milk)
- Carrots :1 kg (scrapped and grated)
- Milk : 1 ¼ litre
- Pure ghee : 30 gms
- Almonds : 12 nos
- Kismiss : 10-12 nos
- Cardamom powder : 1 tbsp
Method :
Cook gajar and milk in a heavy bottomed kadai,stir all the time.When milk dries out then add sugar.Cook for 5 to 7 minutes more,while stirring all the time. Add ghee,khowa,ilaichee and kissmis.Mix thoroughly together.Stir all the time and pour in a serving dish. Sprinkle badaam pieces and serve hot.
