Bitter gourd Chutney
- Fresh Bitter Gourds : 200 gms
- Salt : 2 tsp
- Chilli : 1 tsp
- Amchoor : 1 tsp (Dry mango powder)
- Lemon juice : 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder : 1 tsp
Method:
Bittergourd and silt them in the middle.Rub 1 1/2 teaspoon salt on bitter gourd and keep them aside for 4-5 hours. Thereafter,wash the bittergourd under running water to remove salt.Grind the bittergourd,remaining salt,mirchi,amchoor,jeera and garam masala in a grinder.
Add lemon juice to the chutney and taste it.
