Banana Nut Muffins – Healthy Breakfast Treat
- Ripe Bananas : 2-3 (Mashed)
- Melted Butter : 1/3 Cup
- Sugar : 3/4 cup
- Egg : 1 Beaten
- Vanilla Essence : 1 tsp
- Brewed Coffee : 1 tbsp
- Baking Soda : 1 tsp
- Salt : a pinch
- Maida : 1 1/2 cup
- Walnuts : 1 cup (Chopped)
Method :
- Mix butter & mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl.
- Pre heat the oven to 350 degree c.
- Mix sugar,Coffee,Vanilla & egg
- Sprinkle baking soda & salt over the mixture and mix it well.
- Add maida & chopped walnuts and mix it well
- Pour the mixture in a muffin tin and bake for about 30 minutes.
- Serve it hot.
