Banana Bread Recipe – Amazingly Healthy Treat
- Bananas : 2-3 Riped & Peeled
- Sugar : 1 cup
- Butter : 1/3 cup (Melted)
- Egg : 1 (Beaten)
- Vanilla Extract : 1 tsp
- Baking Soda : 1 tsp
- Salt : a Pinch
- Maida : 1 1/2 Cup
- Butter a pan of 4×8 inch pan and Pre-heat oven to 350 degree c.
- Mash ripe banana in a mixing bowl till it becomes smooth.
- Add the melted butter into the mashed bananas and stir it well.
- Mix baking soda and salt and then add vanilla extract,Beaten egg & sugar and continue stirring.
- Then add flour and pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake for atleast 50 minutes at 350 degree c.
- Remove from oven and let it cool,then remove it from pan and serve hot.
- Use Over Riped Bananas for tasty Banana breads..!
