Apple Milkshake – A quick healthy Beverage
- Apple : 2 Nos
- Milk : 2 glass
- Sugar : 2 tbsp
- Green cardamom : 4 Nos
- Ice as required
- Peel apple & cut it into small pieces. Blend Sugar,milk, apple and grinded elachi in a mixer and shake it well.
- Pour it in glass and put some crushed ice & serve it chilled.
