Apple Jelly – Sweet treat..!
- Apple : 1 1/2 Kgs
- Water : 6 cups
- Cloves : 2 nos
- Sugar : For taste
- Lemon Juice : 1 tsp
- Cut one apple into 4 pieces and boil them in a pan of water along with cloves till they become soft.
- After that drain it through a cloth.
- Add 2 cups of sugar to each 500 ml juice.
- Heat juice and add sugar,lemon juice and stir till it dissolves.
- Boil till the syrup sets well.
- After that pour it in clean & Dry jars.
